An Angel Highlight – Meet Ravkah!
Celebrating Our Angels: Meet Rivkah!

As we count down to the 10th Anniversary Angel Gala, we are honored to share the story of one of our remarkable Angels, Rivkah. Since becoming an Angel in 2021, Rivkah has embraced her passion for ice skating—a sport that fills her with confidence and joy. Her mom lovingly shares that ice skating has transformed Rivkah, allowing her to shine with happiness and self-assurance every time she steps onto the ice. Her resilience is equally inspiring; when she falls, she doesn’t hesitate to get right back up and keep going. Ravkah’s love for skating fuels her dream of one day competing in the Olympics, where she hopes to showcase her grace and determination on the world stage.
Rivkah’s journey is also a tribute to her fallen hero, her dad, Army SFC Jorge, who tragically passed away in an accident in 2016. SFC Jorge’s memory continues to inspire her every day. Rivkah proudly says that her dad would be overjoyed to see her skate, and she imagines him saying, “That’s my daughter,” with pride. Through her dedication to ice skating, Rivkah honors her father’s legacy, channeling his strength and love into every glide and spin on the ice.
We are humbled to walk alongside Rivkah and all our Angels as they pursue their dreams and honor their fallen heroes. Join us at the 10th Anniversary Angel Gala as we celebrate stories similar to Rivkah’s and the incredible journeys of so many children who have been touched by Angels of America’s Fallen.
Together, we can make a lasting impact in their lives and ensure that their heroes’ legacies live on. Tickets are now available for the 2025 Angel Gala—don’t miss this special evening of inspiration and celebration!
