Honoring Their Legacy by Uplifting Their Children This Memorial Day
Fueling Dreams in Honor of Their Fallen Parent
This Memorial Day, while we pause to honor the heroes who gave their lives in service to our nation, we also recognize those who continue to live with their absence—their children.
At Angels of America’s Fallen, we exist for these children. Our mission is to walk alongside them—supporting their dreams, fueling their passions, and honoring their parent’s sacrifice by ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive.

The Lasting Impact of Sacrifice on a Child’s Life
Every year, we remember the courageous military service members, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and first responders who have laid down their lives for our safety and freedom. But their sacrifice leaves behind more than an empty uniform—it leaves behind a child growing up without a hero they once called Mom or Dad.
Grief doesn’t end with a folded flag. Children of our fallen heroes face emotional, social, and academic challenges that follow them long after the funeral. Without the steady presence of a parent, many lose more than love—they lose the daily encouragement and support every child deserves.

Fueling Passions, Building Resilience
At Angels, we believe every child should be empowered to dream, explore, and grow—especially those who’ve experienced profound loss.
We provide long-term support by covering the costs of extracurricular activities like sports, music, and the arts—anything that helps these children
stay active, engaged, and inspired. These outlets help our Angels process grief in healthy ways, build confidence, and stay connected to the vibrant lives their fallen parents would want for them.
“After my dad passed, I didn’t know how to move forward. Angels gave me something to look forward to every week—my music lessons became my safe space.” – Angel Participant
