Just Do It

“I’ve been a volunteer with Angels for about 3 years now. I am actually an introvert and being a part of this group and helping with the events has really pushed me to get out of my shell.  It’s also given me back that sense of a ‘team’ and sense of purpose. Coming from a sports background, the teamwork with this group is top notch!” June describes the Angel family, “They are my other family. They support one another and the families they serve to a level I’ve never seen. They are the kindest, hardest working, generous group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.”  June’s advice to anyone looking to volunteer with Angels is, “Simple – JUST DO IT. Get on the website and reach out. You will never look back. I am excited every year to see what new milestones will be reached.”
