Shelli Lewis

Co-Founder & Director of Programs

Shelli is a wife, a mother of two sons, and the co-founder of Angels of America’s Fallen. Shelli is the central point of contact for all current and incoming families for AOAF. She manages AOAF’s network of activity providers across the country to ensure that each child can continue pursuing his or her dream.

Shelli’s passion is connecting with the stories of families of our fallen and helping each AOAF-supported child find an activity that they love. For her, it is an honor and a privilege to wake up every day and work as hard as she can to serve as many children of America’s fallen heroes as possible!

Shelli completed a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Troy University. She served many years as a teacher in public and private schools before moving into educational leadership and curriculum development roles.

Shelli Lewis

After teaching in diverse environments including aboard a Choctaw Indian Reservation and at an Armenian private school, she served as the Director of Family Child Care for Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort from 1995 to 1998. She served in the same capacity after she transferred to Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL from 1998 to 2001. From 2003-2016 she was the financial director for a multi-unit residential property company.

She resides in Colorado with her husband and two sons.
