Show your support for Angels of America’s Fallen through peer-to-peer fundraising! Whether online or in-person, we invite our Angel community to partner in our mission. Support for our Angel families can come through many different avenues. Past events have included golf tournaments, runs, and casino nights.  Your personal connections extend our reach!

Unfortunately recent events have made it difficult or impossible for some organizations to continue their mission. By law, nonprofits that are closing are required to transfer their assets to another nonprofit. The IRS states:

“An organization’s assets must be permanently dedicated to an exempt purpose. This means that if an organization dissolves, its assets must be distributed for an exempt purpose described in section 501(c)(3), or to the federal government or to a state or local government for a public purpose.”

For those organizations who are faced with this, Angels of America’s Fallen can be a great place to pass along their assets and know they will be put to good use. Please contact us if you are looking for a nonprofit for this purpose. We have already received assets from two other organizations and are familiar with the process. You can help us support very deserving children who lost their parent in service to our country.
