Emily Brown
Community Engagement Manager
Emily was born and raised in Central Florida where she became a Hunter Jumper equestrian and a Show Water Skier with the Cypress Gardens Water Ski Team. Emily attended college at Clemson University and graduated in 2021 with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, with an emphasis in Basic and Behavioral Science. While she was at Clemson, she met her now husband, who is stationed at Fort Carson as an Army Infantry Officer. Emily and her husband enjoy doing anything that involves the outdoors, whether that be hiking, fly-fishing, skiing, or camping.
Emily had the privilege of serving on the board of ClemsonLIFE at Clemson University as the Volunteer Coordinator, as well as participating as a volunteer herself. This program is for college-aged students with intellectual disabilities and provides them with the opportunity to experience college, while also teaching them how to live independently.

Emily decided to forgo a career in nutrition for one that would allow her to be involved with the military community, as she has always had a heart for those who have served our nation. Emily’s experience with ClemsonLIFE, over 5 years of experience with her non-profit ski team, and her passion for the military have brought her to the position of Community Engagement Manager with Angels of America’s Fallen. It is an honor for her to work alongside Angels!
